Our Home Inspection Service |

Our
Home Inspection service is a visual (non-invasive) inspection of the structural
elements and systems which are readily accessible. |
The
home inspection will be performed in accordance with the
Illinois
Standards of Practice, 68 lll.admin.code 1410, Sec. 1410.200,
as amended, a copy of which is available upon request.
The scope of the home inspection is strictly limited to the systems
and components listed in the inspection agreement. Also, home inspections will
be performed according to the InterNACHI
Standards of Practice. |

Fireplace damper door and hearth.
Insulation and ventilation.
Garage doors, safety sensors,
and openers.
Carbon Monoxide Detection.
Moisture Penetration Detection.
Combustible Gas Detection.
Appliance safety recall information in
conjunction with the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Locate and note all main shut off valves in your report.
The Exterior Temperature
must remain above 65 degrees for
a 24-hour period prior to the A/C unit being tested.

You are encouraged to attend your home inspection. You can follow along and
we will verbally explain what we are inspecting and what it means to you.
If you cannot attend your inspection, don't worry-we will go over the
entire report at your convenience and answer any questions you may have. |
A home inspection is an excellent tool for you, the home buyer/owner,
to help you determine not only the condition of the home, but to also
help for see any immediate unnecessary additional costs that may go unnoticed
without the help of a home inspection. Home inspections are not
a prediction of future performance, guarantee
or warranty, but can pinpoint existing problem areas.
